2002639 Book Ends Embosser by Patchwork Cutters

Book Ends Embosser by Patchwork Cutters. This is a special Patchwork Embosser developed by Marion Frost. She has also produced several books on how to use the cutters and embossers to create beautiful cake designs. This embosser makes a lovely side design, and meaures approximately 4-7/8 x 3-1/2 inches (12.5 x 9 cm). Patchwork Cutters are beautifully detailed shallow cutters that work best for embossing designs into rolled fondant icing or creating cut-out decorations using thinly rolled Mexican Paste or very firm gumpaste. Mexican Paste, item #23300 works best for cut-outs. These cutters are not designed to cut out cookie dough or rolled fondant.
